Tighter Security.
Included in our new version is RSA authentication, port forwarding and more cipher types. With the
support of SSH1 and SSH2 and RSA Authentication, you get increased security and authentication
options. Port forwarding allows you to run unsecured programs through a secure SSH "tunnel"
connection.

Transfer Files Securely
TinyTERM adds secure copy (SCP) capabilities to the file transfer client for secure file transfers.
Secure copy protects file transfers from unauthorized access by strong-encrypting all data before
it leaves your computer. Data is automatically decrypted on the host machine once it arrives
safely.

Save Time
Record a series of keystrokes as a powerful script for later playback. The new keyboard macro
recorder allows you to automate repetitive tasks without the need to learn a scripting language.

LPD Print Server
We've added an LPD print server that works with Windows NT 4.0, 2000, and XP operating systems.
With 4.3, LPD is now supported on all versions of Windows.

Hostmode
We included a powerful script that will automatically answer inbound calls to your computer so
your PC can act as a file transfer server. Hostmode thereby allows your PC to become an inexpensive
solution for auto-polling, remote script execution and file transfer needs.

Call Answer Capability
Some servers are designed to call your computer back after receiving a request to connect. If
you use one such server, TinyTERM Plus now supports answering those calls automatically using
Windows TAPI (Telephony Applications Programming Interface).

Enhanced TN3270/TN5250 Emulations
We've added extra features to the TN3270 and TN5250 emulators that allow you to print a copy of
your screen as well as customize the mouse action based on your needs.

Keyboard Mapping
Keyboard mapping now allows you to graphically map the Print Screen key and Pause keys allowing
increased flexibility when mapping the keyboard to your needs.

Page Setup Options
We've added a feature that allow you to specify settings for each job you send to a printer.

Simple instructions are included for installing TinyTERM without user input. This is a huge time
saver for installing on multiple PC's from a single network source.

Provide file and printer access centrally through Samba (SMB)
Samba SMB server-side file sharing for SCO allows your UNIX host to look and act like a Windows
NT server, allowing your entire organization to share files and printers between Windows and UNIX
without any desktop installation.

Share Printers through LPR/LPD Utilities
TinyTERM Plus includes LPR and LPD utilities that allow you to print from your desktop application
to any printer on the network (including PC, UNIX and Novell network printers). In addition, UNIX
applications can print to any PC printer. Transparent printing is also supported, allowing printing
through the terminal data stream -- extending the benefits of a server-based printer setup to any
PC printer.

Powerful Networking Solutions
With the Network File System (NFS) that comes with TinyTERM Plus, you have transparent file access
between your PC and UNIX system. You can mount and access file drives on UNIX, NT, or your PC system
as local drives. TinyTERM includes both NFS client and server for quick, reliable connections
between your desktop computer and your UNIX and NT servers. * NFS works with Windows 95, 98 and
NT 4.0.

Move your Data Safely
TinyTERM Plus includes Century FTP Plus - a graphical file transfer tool to move your data safely.
Century FTP uses the standard FTP or strong-encrypted SCP protocols. For mainframes that don't
support FTP or SCP, TinyTERM supports IND$FILE transfer options.

Feeling Nostalgic?
That's fine - leave the green screen how it is. If you're tired of staring at the old-school color
scheme, change it to whatever you want. TinyTERM Plus allows you to set the terminal window
background with any color or .bmp file you wish. Your company logo, a nice nature scene or a
recent snapshot of your kids. No more looking at the 'green screen' - unless you want to. You
can also choose any TrueType font as your display font. It will scale up and down based on the
size of the terminal window. Forgot your glasses? set TinyTERM to use full-screen display.

Code Page Support
With TinyTERM, you have total code page flexibility. You can choose your keyboard code page, the
transmit code page, and the receive code page to ensure compatibility with nearly any system in the
world. You can choose from the many standard code pages included, or you can customize your own. To
ensure proper translation, TinyTERM uses a 16-bit TERM Character Set (TCS) that supports up to 768
characters, enabling TinyTERM to work accurately with any modern language used in the computer
industry.
